PHUKET: An excited crowd was drawn to Soi Nanai at the unusual time of 7:40am this morning as Phuket rescue workers attempted to dislodge a three-meter long Python from a drain. A startled shopkeeper had called rescue workers after spotting the moderately sized snake in the drain below her.
