People have been complaining about all matters, from long waits (some cited having to arrive early and waiting all day to be seen), including Chinese who are having many problems with the northern office as well.

Krabi governor orders the best care for an injured rock-climber
The Krabi Governor has has instructed care-givers and hospital staff to provide good care for an injured tourist who fell off a cliff at Railey Bay in Krabi. On Tuesday 34 year old Mr Scmal Bach Priel, who is touring with his American wife, was taken to Krabi Hospital. He was injured after falling during rock-climbing at a cliff in Railey Bay.

Koh Tao alleged rape case wrapped up
According to Thai PBS, Thai police have wrapped up an investigation into allegations by a 19 year old female British backpacker that she was drugged, raped and robbed on Koh Tao. Police claim that, following their investigations, there is simply a lack of credible evidence. Speaking at a media gathering this morning, national police chief, Pol Gen Chakthip Chaijinda, declared the case “closed” due to lack on any evidence.
