Multihull Solutions Regatta wraps up with ‘Fugazi’ claiming top honours
The 10 th annual Multihull Solutions Regatta wrapped up today with another good day of sailing. Principal Race Officer Simon James ran two races today, a three-lap windward-leeward and then a triangle course for all classes except Cruising, which did a loop around nearby Koh Lon.

PHOTOS: Guy Nowell The blue skies and tropical conditions for which the Top of the Gulf Regatta is known failed to show up on Day 1 as a downpour which started the evening before never let up all day, making it a grey and wet start to the regatta. That, however, didn’t dampen spirits as the Race Officer kept the sailors on shore while he went in search of some clean air. After the AP (postponement flag) on shore was down, the 25 boats in the keelboat and multihull classes headed out to the startline for a single windward/leeward race programme – three laps for the fast boats and two for the slower boats
