And the winner is… The Thaiger Foodie Month of March included the very popular and quirky “Great Convenience Store Gourmet Challenge” which saw chefs from around Phuket’s best restaurants take on the challenge of producing a two course meal from items purchased only at a convenience store. 5 minutes in a convenience store (most of them were 7/11s), 1000 baht cash and 45 minutes in their kitchen to cook up a storm for The Thaiger’s foodie guru and judge, Donna Toon
