    Chon Buri: Cambodian woman cuts off Thai husband’s penis

    PHOTO: Sanook Police have arrested the jealous Cambodian wife of a Thai man this morning (Monday) after she allegedly cut off his penis. And then hid it. By the time the severed penis was found, it was too late for reattachment. The wife, identified only as 24 year old Karuna, called an emergency hotline at 6.20am asking that her 40 year old husband, Siriphan Sanusant, be taken to hospital. The couple work as organic-vegetable farmers.

From the police’s early investigations it appears that the truck lost control and drove into the opposite lane, trying to avoid colliding into a vehicle in front. The truck crashed into a car then the pick-up truck around 7am this morning. Half of the car ended up underneath the truck.

    The Star Online is reporting that a 41 year old Malaysian father of six has is poised to marry an 11 year old Thai girl, more than 30 years younger than him, as his third wife. He went to Golok, a town on the border of Malaysia and southern Thailand, two weeks ago during Hari Raya to have the marriage solemnised with the 11 year old Thai girl. The man, who already has two wives, is said to be a self-proclaimed imam at his village in Gua Musang, Kelantan

  • Fire guts furniture warehouse in Wichit

    Fire fighters, along with about 10 fire trucks, have been fighting a fire at a furniture warehouse in Wichit today (June 30). Officers from the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) stationed at Wichit Municipality were notified of the fire in a Soi at the back of a SuperCheap Store, near Kajonkiet Pattana School on Chao Fah West Road, at 11.40am today (June 30)

    Chiang Mai City News is reporting that a pick up delivery truck, loaded up with tomatoes for the market has over-shot a curve in the Hod District, Chaing Mai and ended up right next to a police box. Around 10pm on June 28 the incident occurred in Hod near the Tesco Lotus on the main road. A pickup truck was found flipped over on the road.

    Krabi rescue workers yesterday (June 28) caught a six metre long python at a petrol station after the reptile had eaten a duck. Three rescue workers from Krabi Pitak Pracha Foundation, along with a plucky local, took about 20 minutes to catch the python which weighed 56 kilograms at a gas station in Thab Prik.

    International experts have arrived in the last 24 hours to add to the level of expertise as every effort continues to be made to rescue 12 young footballers and their deputy coach trapped for five nights in the Tham Luang Cave in Chiang Rai province. Three cave-diving experts from the UK arrived on the scene yesterday to help locate the teens, who are players of the local Mu Pa Academy football club. The team entered the country’s fourth-longest cave in Mae Sai district on Saturday with their 25 year old deputy coach, Ekkapon Intawongse

  • Pattaya: Thai woman falls to death from apartment building

    A Thai woman has died after falling from a room on the fifth floor of a Pattaya apartment early on today (Monday). Police are holding her Australian boyfriend for questioning following the incident at 2.30am at Min Mansion in Tambon Nong Plue, Bang Lamung district. Police say 28 year old Wilawal Poolsukserm fell from her room and died on the way to Pattaya Memorial Hospital
