PHUKET: The Thai Meteorological Department (TMD) has issued a heavy rain warning for Phuket and almost all of Thailand. The warning, simply entitled „Heavy Rain over Thailand“, was issued at 5am today by the TMD’s Weather Forecast Bureau in Bangkok.
