The Meteorological Department is warning people living in the East and Lower North-east regions of Thailand to be mindful of rain-related dangers. The TMD is forecasting heavy rains in those regions until September 29. Bangkok and adjacent provinces are expecting rain to fall on 40 per cent of the area today.
